Our client, a globalized insurance firm, is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Officer to join the team. You will play a crucial part in providing L1 & L2 to users across different countries, providing a high quality of support services to the internal end users.

Responsibilities
Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, applications, and network services, ensuring smooth operations.
Set up workstations and assist with IT support for meeting rooms.
Escalate technical issues to the next level of support and collaborate with vendors for timely resolution.
Contribute to knowledge sharing by writing articles, delivering training, and facilitating forums.
Maintain accurate inventory and documentation, and support security patching of company devices.

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
1-2 years of experience in IT support, with strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network services.
Proficiency in SaaS ITSM tools like ServiceNow and familiarity with ITIL best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Self-motivated team player with strong analytical and time management skills.
