IT Finance Manager - Leading Insurance Company

A reputable institution is in need of an IT Finance Manager to manage the company's IT budget. This individual will be responsible for reviewing budget proposals, preparing financial documents and reports, and supporting the IT management in delivering cost-efficient programs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT budget, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and financial targets.

• Oversee financial forecasting and provide accurate projections for IT operations.

• Manage IT vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation, to ensure cost efficiency.

• Implement best practices for IT financial management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and support strategic IT initiatives.

• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

• Analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in banking or insurance.

• Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of the insurance business is an advantage.

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
