Our client, a leading bank, is looking for an IT Finance Manager to lead the Financial Planning & Analysis team in the financial planning, budget analysis and process, budgeting systems coordination, and strategic / transformation projects.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team to develop and implement financial planning strategies to support the bank IT department's overall objectives.
Conduct budget analysis and forecasting to ensure financial stability and growth.
Coordinate financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Lead strategic transformation initiatives to drive business performance and profitability.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in financial planning, budget analysis, and financial control.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial information.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
Experience in leading financial transformation projects or initiativesÂ
Certification in financial planning or control (e.g., CPA) is an advantage
Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in financial
