Our client, a leading enterprise, is looking for an IT Business Manager in their CIO Office. This position deals internally with technology managers, business stakeholders, senior management and vendor management.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
Support development and maintenance of financial budget, strategy, and metrics
Provide regular cost reporting to regional business and technology managers; Work closely with IT Finance controllers and division managers.
Perform financial analysis for IT projects and strategic planning as required
CIO Business Support:
Provide Business Support to CIO on strategic planning.
Assist with Presentation, liaison with key senior stakeholders, and division-wide communications.
IT Procurement and Vendor Management:
Manage the procurement and vendor management of IT Services vendors.
Manage all IT procurement activities while leading the Procurement analysts.
Prepare reports on the performance and health of the IT vendor portfolio and compliance with the sourcing/outsourcing strategy.
Administration / Project Management
- Provide daily departmental administration, including space planning, policy, and compliance.
- Provide management reporting for Hong Kong Technology operations.
- Support regional management reporting and departmental administration as required
- Participate in audit and project management activities as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of working experience ideally in a CIO office environment.
Strong vendor and project management knowledge and a proven track record.
Sound knowledge of enterprise technology knowledge across infrastructure (Cloud / Server / Database / Network), applications, and ITIL framework.
Strong knowledge of the industry knowledge in procurement policies, procedures, practices, and rules.
Strong team management skills, analytic skills, planning, budgetary control, etc.
Qualification in professional accounting will be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work with people at all levels
Good presentation skills, oral and written communication skills
Fluent in English and Chinese is essential.
Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and Powerpoint.
