Our client, a leading insurance firm is looking for a Business Analyst Lead in particular to their Life & Health Insurance business. The selected Candidate will be their key member in leading the business analysis functions between their business and technology group. Great exposure and opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Drive and Lead the business analysis function across requirement discussion, and requirement formation process.
Lead the team of business analysts across the whole business analysis functions for the large application platform.
Work closely with the business and key stakeholders to understand the reasoning behind the requirements.
Review functional specifications and system design to ensure a well-designed system aligns with the business requirements.
Define the quality criteria, acceptance level, QA methodology, and quality responsibility.
Manage the UAT and Test Strategy.
Requirements:
At least 8 years experience in a Business Analyst position with managerial experience.
Extensive knowledge in the life insurance business across operations, claims, servicing, or purchasing, will be highly preferred.
Proven ability to establish strong working relationships with stakeholders.
Strong people management to work with all Bachelor's levels of people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in verbal and written English communications is essential.
Bachelor's degree from a reputable University.
