IT Business Analyst / PMO - Leading Private Bank

Our client is a leading private bank dedicated to providing high-quality financial services to clients worldwide. With a strong focus on innovation and technology, they are seeking an intelligent and driven IT Business Analyst / PMO to join the portfolio team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving and supporting IT projects, ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions working with different stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and project plans.

• Conduct thorough business and technical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.

• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment throughout project lifecycles.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, tracking progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.

• Support the implementation of new IT systems and enhancements, coordinating testing, training, and deployment activities.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within IT projects.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting project status, risks, and recommendations for decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business analysis and project management, ideally within the financial services industry.

• Strong knowledge of private banking products, services, and processes.

• Proven ability to manage complex IT projects from conception to execution, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
