The IT Business Analysis Director will play a crucial role in the overall success of our technology projects by overseeing the analysis and optimization of the business processes and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying technology solutions that drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and align with the strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from various departments, to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring they meet the company's overall objectives.
Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas of improvement, recommend solutions, and drive change management across the organization.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's existing technology infrastructure and applications, identifying areas for enhancement and optimization.
Define and prioritize IT projects based on business needs, resource availability, and strategic goals, effectively managing project timelines and budgets.
Provide expert guidance and thought leadership on emerging technology trends, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry best practices.
Foster effective communication and collaboration between IT and business teams, bridging the gap to ensure efficient delivery of technology solutions.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented technology solutions, regularly conducting post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and continued optimization.
Stay updated on industry standards, regulatory requirements, and market trends, ensuring the company's IT processes and systems remain compliant and competitive.
Act as a key liaison between IT vendors, third-party service providers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and effective delivery of outsourced IT services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in IT business analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects, including business process analysis, solution design, and change management.
Strong knowledge of the Pension MPF industry, with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and operational requirements.
Solid technical background with expertise in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of business analysts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
