Insurance Business Analyst, Top Insurer

Our client, a top insurer, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated business analyst with strong insurance domain knowledge to support regional claims operation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the business in translating the business needs into documentation and requirement specifications for the life and health operations projects.

• Work with the Development team in managing the Agile process across each sprint.

• Perform requirement collections and specifications with business users and prepare technical specifications according to the requirements.

• Identify technical integration on a business analysis level.

• Work with UX/UI team to ensure the design fits the business requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable University.

• Around 8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or related technology experience

• Experience in delivery of the SDLC model in the Agile framework.

• Broad understanding of the technology industry.

• Industry experience in Insurance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English..
