Our client, a leading insurance firm is looking for an Infrastructure Support Manager. The selected Candidate will be part of the O365 team to develop and support the MS O365. Great exposure and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the IT team to design, implement, and support the O365 environment, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
Assist in the administration and maintenance of O365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other related platforms.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to the O365 infrastructure, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
Work closely with vendors and service providers to implement new features and enhancements to the O365 environment.
Coordinate with the Server, Network Infrastructure, Database, and Helpdesk team for management and support of the overall systems and services availability.
Participate in project planning and implementation, ensuring that the services align with business objectives and requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in managing and supporting O365 services in a corporate environment.
Strong technical skills in Microsoft O365 applications
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the O365
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong experience in MS O365, Active Directory Services, Azure Virtual Desktop, S Exchange Online, Intune MDM, SCCM, Copilot, Cloud infrastructure
