Pinpoint Asia is partnering with a prestigious Tier-1 Global Investment Bank to find a meticulous and driven Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst.
Joining the Regional Enterprise Infrastructure team, you will act as the "control tower" for large-scale technology projects, including Data Center builds, Network upgrades, and Voice infrastructure migrations. This is a critical governance role suitable for a professional who excels at financial tracking, project scheduling, and stakeholder management in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Control: Take ownership of project financials. Manage funding requests, track actuals vs. forecasts, perform variance analysis, and ensure budget discipline across the portfolio.
Schedule Management: Assist in planning and executing complex project portfolios, tracking dependencies between regional and global technical teams.
Reporting: Produce high-quality status reports and meeting minutes for the Governance Committee and senior stakeholders.
Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical teams (Network/DC) and business management, identifying synergies and best practices.
What You Need to Succeed
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Project Management or PMO roles.
Industry Background: Prior experience in the Financial Services / Banking industry is highly preferred.
Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Infrastructure projects (Data Center, Networking, Voice, or End-User Tech). You do not need to be an engineer, but you must understand the terminology.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial tracking), MS Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience with PPM tools is a plus.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail. You must be financial-savvy and able to work independently.
