Job Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all aspects of enterprise-scale network, cloud, and data center operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
Manage a team of IT professionals across multiple sites, offering guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve operational excellence.
Develop and implement robust incident management processes for swift resolution of IT issues and outages, minimizing business impact.
Ensure IT security and compliance standards are maintained across all operations, implementing proactive measures to safeguard company data and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT operations by identifying and implementing best practices and emerging technologies.
Provide strategic direction and guidance on IT infrastructure projects and initiatives, aligning them with business objectives and long-term goals.
Monitor and analyze operational metrics to drive performance improvements and operational efficiency.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the IT operations team.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in delivering large-scale network, cloud, and data center operations services.
Strong background in multi-site operations management and incident management.
Proficient in IT security and compliance standards and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills in English and Chinese with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and mentor teams.
Strong knowledge of ITIL Process and other IT service management frameworks.
Track record of driving operational efficiency, performance improvements, and achieving measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Advanced certifications in IT security and compliance (e.g., CISSP, CISM CCNA, CCNP)
Familiarity with IT infrastructure automation and orchestration tools.
Previous experience in the financial services industry.
Strong project management skills with experience in leading large-scale IT projects.
