The Role & Landscape:

• You will provide hands-on technical and operational support for a sophisticated Hybrid (Private and Public) Cloud infrastructure.

• You will manage and maintain the Private Cloud infrastructure, encompassing servers, storage, load balancers, and critical sub-systems.

• You will be responsible for executing capacity planning, regular system maintenance, and essential patch management.

• You will actively troubleshoot complex system incidents and provide elite user support.

• You will develop and maintain robust documentation, including system administrative procedures and comprehensive disaster recovery plans.

• You will participate heavily in critical system-related projects, technical research, and innovative proof-of-concept work.

• You will deliver Public Cloud environment support, focusing on performance monitoring, deployment, and troubleshooting.

What We Are Looking For:

• You must possess a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or closely related disciplines.

• You must have a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in the IT industry.

• You must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing hardware, operating systems, and software.

• Your software and hardware experience should include industry standards such as VMware, Cisco, Dell, NetApp, PureStorage, Microsoft, and RedHat.

• You must hold an active VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification specifically focused on data center virtualization.

• You must have strong, proven knowledge of cloud computing, advanced virtualization, and network security.

• You need direct engineering experience with VMware vSphere, vCenter, and NSX-T.

• You should have practical experience working with enterprise storage arrays, specifically NetApp and PureStorage.

• You must demonstrate familiarity with managing Microsoft Windows Server, Linux distributions, and SQL Server databases.

• Additional certifications, such as a VCP on Cloud Management and Automation or an AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are highly advantageous.

• You must exhibit strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
