We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled HRMS Analyst Programmer to support and enhance our client's Human Resources Management Systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle PeopleSoft and/or SAP SuccessFactors, and a solid understanding of HR processes and data flows. Candidates with other HRMS backgrounds are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze, design, develop, and maintain HRMS applications and integrations
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting across HR platforms
Develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support HR operations and analytics
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal and external policies
Participate in cross-functional projects involving HR, IT, and external vendors

Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
2+ years of experience in application development or system support, ideally within HRMS environments
Familiarity with Oracle PeopleSoft and/or SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred
Understanding of HR functions such as payroll, talent management, performance, and employee lifecycle
Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and integration tools (e.g., APIs, middleware)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams
Good communication skills in English and Cantonese

Experience with other HRMS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP)
Exposure to cloud-based HR solutions and data migration projects
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and HR compliance standards
