Our client is a leading enterprise, they are currently running a human resources (HR) transformation, and they are seeking a talented HRIS SuccessFactor Technical Architect to drive the development and implementation of HR information systems across the organization.

 Job Summary:
 As the HRIS SuccessFactors Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing the SuccessFactor HRIS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute HR technology strategies that align with business goals and drive HR process efficiencies. Your expertise in HRIS solutions and strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules will enable you to deliver scalable, reliable, and integrated solutions to support evolving needs.

Responsibilities:
Design and drive the implementation of SuccessFactors modules, ensuring effective integration with existing systems, modules, and processes.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations, customizations, and enhancements to meet HR needs.
Lead the design and deployment of HRIS solutions, including conducting system analysis, process mapping, gap analysis, and guiding the development of technical specifications.
Develop and manage the HR system roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall HR and business strategies.
Provide subject matter expertise in SuccessFactors functionality and capabilities, advising stakeholders on best practices, industry trends, and system enhancements.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, technical specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
Collaborate with project teams during system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing phases to ensure successful deployment and user adoption.
Support change management activities by delivering training and providing ongoing system support to end-users and HR teams.
Stay updated on SuccessFactors releases, patches, and updates, assessing their impact and implementing necessary changes to ensure system stability and compliance.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
Extensive experience in architecting, implementing, and supporting SuccessFactors HRIS solutions is good to have.
Experience with other HR systems including Workday, Oracle would also be welcome.
Strong knowledge and expertise in HRIS modules, including Employee Central, Learning Management, Performance, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
Solid understanding of HR processes and HR data, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Proven experience in HR system integration, data migration, and system configuration.
 Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 Project management experience is a plus.
