As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our company’s IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities include providing technical assistance to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operations across our systems

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Manage hardware and software inventories.

  • Collaborate with management to identify and resolve IT trends.

  • Provide technical support for audiovisual systems.

  • Deliver remote and onsite support for various devices and services.

  • Perform workstation setup and relocation tasks.

  • Assist in configuring meeting rooms for teleconferencing.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate party.

  • Share knowledge through articles, training, and forums.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to manage incidents, changes, and problems.

  • Create and deliver reports to communicate IT performance and compliance.

  • Perform other ad-hoc IT tasks as assigned.

  • Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain audiovisual systems.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk Support.

  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and Microsoft Intune.

  • Knowledge of various IT equipment and applications.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
