As the Head of Data Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the data technology strategy, including Data Engineering and Analytics (AI & ML). You will lead a team of talented data professionals and work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive data technology strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Lead and manage a sizeable team of data professionals, including data engineers, solution architects, and data analytics technologists (AI & ML), to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
Establish and maintain a data governance framework to ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of data across the organization.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify data-driven opportunities to optimize processes, improve decision-making, and drive business growth.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable and robust data infrastructure and architecture to support the organization's data needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data technology, and evaluate emerging tools and technologies for potential adoption.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay informed on industry best practices and leverage external resources as needed.
Establish and communicate clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics to the data technology team, and provide regular feedback and guidance to foster professional growth.
Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of data technology solutions with existing technology systems and infrastructure.
Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and raise awareness of the value and importance of data across the organization.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information technology, or a related field. MBA / Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and developing high-performing teams in the field of data technology.
In-depth knowledge of data engineering, data management, data governance, and data analytics techniques and best practices.
Experience with implementing and managing data infrastructure and architecture, preferably in a hybrid cloud environment.
Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable data technology strategies.
