Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact and build lucrative long-term relationships with clients.
Schedule and organize onsite visits for relationship management, solution development, training, demos, etc.
Act as a specialized advisor and nurture important accounts, client stakeholders and executive-level sponsors.
Grow revenue through pinpointing cross-selling opportunities and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Oversee timely delivery of high-quality tailored solutions in accordance with client needs and objectives.
Forecast and monitor important account metrics including client usage of our trading solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team for new client onboarding and enhancement of existing relationships.
Requirements:
Proven account management experience from the intermediary space with a leading brokerage or financial technology vendor.
Excellent soft skills and proven track record of communicating with C-level and executive decision-makers.
Ability to simultaneously oversee multiple critical projects requiring attention to detail.
A good understanding of eFX trading and multiple asset-class knowledge is an advantage.
Driven and self-motivated with a track record of excelling in revenue generation.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English. Fluency in Chinese is an advantage but not required.
