Our client, a leading insurance firm, is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and help us design and build new initiatives on the digital platform. You will be responsible for designing and implementing features for our platform, as well as collaborating with other teams within the company to ensure that our products are user-friendly and reliable. Ideal candidates should have experience building cloud-native applications and have a strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies.

Responsibilities:
Participate in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Develop and sustain frontend to backend applications.
Apply best practices in cloud development, leveraging AWS or Azure services to enhance performance and scalability.
Conduct code reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous integration and deployment processes.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in software development to foster innovation within the organization.

Key Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in software development, focusing on full-stack development.
Proficiency in React for frontend development and Node.js, Java, or Python for backend development.
Experience in cloud-based development with a strong grasp of AWS or Azure services.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Chinese and English.
