Front Office Technology -Project Manager ( Top-tier Investment Bank) - J12936

Our client, a premier global investment bank, is seeking a high-caliber Business Analyst / Project Manager to drive technology and business initiatives within their Equities front office (Sales & Trading).

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery, focusing on project execution, business expansion, regulatory changes, and integrating next-gen capabilities (AI/GenAI, automation, and data analytics).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track the portfolio of technology initiatives for front office Equities; manage end-to-end regional business expansion, product launches, and regulatory change projects.

• Conduct feasibility studies, analyze front-to-back business impacts, and manage the project pipeline using data-driven insights to facilitate business prioritization.

• Partner with business and tech teams to identify and deliver use cases for AI, GenAI, automation, and data analytics to boost productivity and streamline delivery.

• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to ensure seamless front-to-back testing, deployment, and regulatory adherence.

• Ensure all projects strictly adhere to internal risk management, technology controls, and data privacy guidelines.

Requirement:

• Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience within an investment bank or a global financial services institution (Equities/Capital Markets background preferred).

• Proven hands-on IT project management experience covering the full Project Lifecycle and SDLC.

• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement skills, with a solid understanding of data flows and tech architecture.

• Practical knowledge of applying automation, data analytics, or AI/GenAI tools within an enterprise environment.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to work effectively with senior front-office stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of Asian markets, exchanges, and regional regulations.

• Deep understanding of securities, derivatives, and securities lending.

• Experience delivering large-scale regulatory initiatives within a global bank.
