Our client, a leading investment bank is looking for a Business Analyst for their Finance IT function. The selected candidate will be working with various business and technology stakeholders in driving Finance IT and Treasury system technology projects. Fanatics exposure and growth potential. Responsibilities:
Manage business analysis on Finance IT system projects delivery.
Provide business analysis, feasibility study on solutions, and document functional specifics.
Analyse and understand the technology interface for integration and connections.
Work with different businesses and technology teams in supporting technology projects.
Produce and maintain concise business and functional specifications, business workflow documentation, user guides, and other materials.
Work with the business to ensure the system is being delivered according to the plan and requirements.
Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth delivery and transition.
Requirements:
Around 2 - 4 years of working experience in a Business Analyst role ideally with Finance IT systems exposure
Business knowledge of Finance and Treasury functions, such as legal and management accounting, securities products accounting, group consolidation, allocation, multi-GAAP, funding, liquidity management, BI reporting, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good technical experience in SDLC and Project Lifecycle.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple demands and changing priorities.
Experience in using Jira, and other project management tools
Great personality to work effectively with different levels of stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Bachelor's degree from a reputed University
