You'll work closely with legal, finance, and business stakeholders across multiple markets, gaining exposure to enterprise-level contract systems (Coupa), e-signature workflows, and full-cycle sourcing activities. What you'll do
Manage end-to-end contract administration — document readiness checks, requestor follow-ups, and execution coordination
Support full-cycle sourcing activities, including RFx (RFQ/RFP) processes
Initiate and monitor Adobe eSign transactions, including signer setup and signing sequence
Review submitted contracts for completeness and required approvals before upload
Upload and publish executed contracts in Coupa, maintaining accurate records
Support contract amendments, renewals, and administrative updates
Provide operational support across PR, PO, and vendor management activities as needed
Maintain trackers and status reports for incoming requests, pending signatures, and publication status
Coordinate with business requesters, legal, finance, and procurement stakeholders to resolve issues
