Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end project management of equity swap initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring adherence to project goals, budgets, and deadlines.
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and execution of project tasks.
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively escalate issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure project success.
Manage project deliverables, including documentation, reporting, and stakeholder presentations.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of equity swap products, trading strategies, and market dynamics to guide project requirements and outcomes.
Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes in the equity swap market to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure collaboration and drive project progress.
Monitor project performance, KPIs, and metrics to provide regular status updates to senior management.
Promote a culture of process improvement and efficiency within the project management function.
Mentor and guide junior team members to promote professional development.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the financial industry, with a focus on equity swaps or derivatives-related systems.
Extensive knowledge of equity swaps, trading strategies, and risk management frameworks.
Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
Proven experience in successfully leading complex projects from inception to completion.
