Enterprise Functional Architect - Hospitality / Membership Platform

Our client, a leading enterprise, hosting one of the most prestige membership programmes, is looking for an experienced Enterprise Functional Architect to lead the design and development of their technology solutions to enhance the overall Membership experience.   • Responsible for enterprise architecture design, planning, development, and maintenance.

  • Lead the creation of solution architectures considering business needs and technology limitations, with the selection of technology standards, describe configuration paradigms, and identify demand for the reference architecture

  • Lead technology changes in architecture development, roadmaps, and blueprints.

  • Provide advice and guidance to developers on quality control processes and standards to ensure that technical work was undertaken to adhere to the IT Policy and relevant IT controls.

  • Define enterprise architectural design, and framework well connected with the existing sophisticated systems.

  • Engage with project teams to support the Architecture standards and frameworks.

  • Work closely with system design, business team, and various stakeholders on identifying the right project needs and design on solution architecture.

  • Define guidelines and standards for future architectural directions and frameworks.

  • Work with key stakeholders in aligning the solution design with the business needs.


  • At least 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or related positions.

  • Industry knowledge and experience with the hospitality, hotel, and/or travel industry are strongly preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with technology strategy, enterprise architecture principles, and frameworks, planning & budgeting, IT Security, - Risk Management, technologies standard, and governance.

  • Cloud Platform experience, with the use of microservices technology.

  • Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with Hospitality and Membership Technology like CRM, Customer Services, Ticketing and Booking, and Facilities Management would be a great plus.

  • In-depth understanding of application development, architecture standards, methodologies, hardware, and software principles.

  • Excellent Communications skills in English.

  • Certifications in TOGAF, Open CA, ACCSP, ITIL, etc.

  • Bachelor / Master's Degree from a Reputable University.
