Our client, one of the most prestigious financial firms in Hong Kong, is now looking for an Enterprise Desktop Engineer to join their team and help support their end users in a high-profile, client-facing role.

Responsibilities:
Provide a consistently high level of customer service and support for an international end-user environment covering Windows-based PCs, peripherals, mobile devices, printers etc.
Technical support including PC hardware builds, software installation, deployment, move and change etc.
Help coordinate, build and deploy virtual desktops, configure & test user applications (before deployment), mobile device setup & deployment, Printers etc.
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in a support role (L1 and L2) for over 5,000+ end users (Windows 10, O365, Outlook, mobile devices, printers, peripherals etc.)
Experience using automated deployment tools, applying security patches/updates, and projects rolling out Windows deployments and desktop migrations.
Strong communication skills and excellent customer service mindset using English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Able to work flexible hours (after office hours, weekends, and public holidays)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
