Dynamics CRM 365 Delivery Project Manager - Leading Financial Group

Our client is a leading financial group with sophisticated technology. They are looking for a major transformation project on MS Dynamics 365 and expect an experienced Project Manager to manage the full technical delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Dynamics CRM 365 projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business, operations, and finance, to ensure successful project execution.

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.

• Lead the technical delivery with onshore and offshore delivery teams.

• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Dynamics CRM 365 implementations.

• Proven track record of delivering complex CRM projects within a financial services environment.

• Strong understanding of financial services industry processes and regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is a plus.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
