About the Client: Our client is a global Tier-1 professional services and consulting firm. They partner with enterprise financial institutions to drive massive technology transformations. You will be joining an established engineering and delivery practice that focuses on ripping out legacy systems and building modern, cloud-native architectures for the banking and insurance sectors.

The Role & Landscape: You will step in as the primary delivery owner for complex, multi-million-dollar technology modernizations. This isn't just tracking spreadsheets; you are expected to understand the underlying architecture and guide the technical implementation.

• Own end-to-end project lifecycles, defining budgets, timelines, and delivery milestones.

• Oversee technical implementation phases, specifically focusing on data migration, system integration, and quality assurance.

• Act as the translation layer between deep technical engineers, software architects, and senior business strategists.

• Manage project risks, drive agile delivery, and present logical, data-backed recommendations to client stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: At least 8 years of direct experience running large-scale IT projects as the Project Manager (with 2+ major successful deliveries under your belt).

• Domain: Deep knowledge of core banking or insurance systems.

• Tech Literacy: Solid understanding of Agile development, cloud ecosystems, and data/business middle-platform solutions.

• Communication: High polish and ability to manage tough enterprise stakeholders.

• Language: Absolute fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese is a hard requirement for client interactions.

• Bonus: Hands-on experience with test automation strategies.
