This is not a back-office governance role. It is a high-visibility leadership position for a hands-on director who thrives on delivering results, navigating ambiguity, and turning complex project data into compelling strategic narratives for the Board.

What You Will Do
Lead High-Impact Delivery
Drive Strategic Initiatives:Â Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-workstream programmes from initiation to benefits realization.
Navigate the Matrix:Â Build consensus and drive momentum across diverse departments, regional teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment.
Create Clarity from Ambiguity:Â Provide structure and clear direction in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where requirements can shift.
Commercial Focus:Â Ensure every initiative is driven by a strong business case, managing dependencies and risks to protect the company's investment.

Executive Storytelling & Stakeholder Management
Influence the C-Suite:Â Move beyond standard reporting. Translate complex operational updates into transparent, high-value strategic insights for senior leadership.
"Sell" the Vision:Â Use exceptional presentation skills to articulate value, secure buy-in, and drive decision-making at the executive level.
Strategic Insight:Â Support portfolio prioritization, capacity planning, and investment decisions with objective, data-backed analysis.

Define & Embed Excellence
Design the Framework:Â Establish pragmatic, scalable methodologies, templates, and playbooks that fit the organization's needs rather than just strict theory.
Elevate Capabilities:Â Coach and mentor project managers to improve execution speed and quality across the enterprise.
Drive Adoption:Â Apply structured change management principles to ensure new standards are adopted and sustainable.

The Profile We Need
Consulting DNA:Â A background in top-tier consultancy is highly preferred. You bring structured thinking and a client-service mindset to internal delivery.
Proven Delivery Lead:Â 12+ years of experience leading complex, multi-year transformation initiatives, specifically within regulated industries (Insurance or Financial Services).
Master Communicator:Â Strong PowerPoint skills are very much preferred. You must be able to create high-impact presentations that tell a clear story to executives.
Resilient Leader:Â Proven ability to remain organized and effective in high-pressure, matrixed environments.
Tools & Tech:Â Proficiency in modern project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Planview) and advanced Excel data analysis skills.
Qualifications:Â Bachelor's degree required. Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 are highly preferred.
