Digital Workspace Technology Leader- Top-tier Brokerage Firm - J12653

Our client, a leading brokerage firm, is looking for a high-caliber Technology Leader to drive the strategy, engineering, and operational excellence of their global digital workspace ecosystem. This role oversees a broad spectrum of office automation, collaboration platforms, and core identity building blocks across both On-prem and Cloud (Hybrid) environments.

As a subject matter expert, you will provide top-tier steering and Level-3 support, ensuring the digital employee experience is seamless, secure, and resilient.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Technical Strategy & Engineering: Architect and support the full spectrum of the modern workplace stack, including Cloud Identity, Unified Communications, Electronic Messaging, and Enterprise Mobility.

• Hybrid Infrastructure Management: Oversee the robustness of core directory services, endpoint management systems (SCCM/Intune), and secure mail gateways.

• Project Delivery & Governance: Lead workspace-related transformation projects from inception to delivery, adhering strictly to enterprise PMO and governance frameworks.

• Security & Compliance Baseline: Evolve and maintain security control frameworks to ensure all workspace platforms meet global regulatory requirements and internal security baselines.

• Operational Excellence: Establish Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) with infrastructure teams and maintain a robust set of KPIs to track system performance and business agility.

• Incident & Problem Management: Coordinate root cause analysis and provide L3 escalation support for complex production issues, participating in cross-functional incident response forums.

• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain structured design records and implementation logs to ensure smooth consumption by Technology Operations teams.

Professional Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• Experience: 10 years of hands-on technical experience within the digital workspace or end-user computing (EUC) space.

• Technical Mastery: Deep practical expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Hybrid Exchange environments, and Enterprise Mobility Management (MDM/UEM).

• Governance Savvy: Proven track record in IT system administration with a focus on security, disaster recovery, and audit-readiness.

• Leadership Traits: A "proactive action-taker" mindset with the ability to drive change in an agile, fast-paced environment.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

• Industry Background: Previous experience within Investment Banking or a highly regulated financial environment is a significant advantage.

• Certification: Professional certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCP, or Cloud Architect) are highly preferred.
