Our client, a leading enterprise is looking for a Solution Delivery Project Manager for the Digital Workplace Transfomration Project. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading the implementation, configuration, integration, and support of various digital workplace solutions, including O365, E-Signature, PowerApps, and ServiceNow. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design effective solutions, and oversee the execution of digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Led end-to-end solution delivery projects for digital workplace initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of O365, E-Signature, PowerApps, and ServiceNow.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on business needs and strategic goals.
Conduct a thorough analysis of business requirements, evaluating technical solutions to meet those requirements, and providing recommendations.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate with technical teams to configure, customize, and integrate digital workplace solutions to align with specific business needs.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement comprehensive change management strategies, driving successful user adoption and driving overall organizational effectiveness.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables are of high quality.
Serve as a subject matter expert, staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to digital workplace solutions.
Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate end-users on the effective utilization of digital workplace tools.
Monitor and evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful project outcomes.
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and timely manner.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, streamline workflows, and optimize the use of digital tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP, ITIL, or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Proven experience in managing digital workplace solutions projects, including O365, E-Signature, PowerApps, and ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of enterprise-level technology infrastructure, digital workplace architectures, and integration methodologies.
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams toward achieving project goals.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience implementing change management strategies and driving user adoption of new technologies.
