Digital Transformation Project Manager - Leading Financial Institution

Our client, a prominent financial institution, is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead their technology modernization initiatives. This role will oversee large-scale FinTech projects, interfacing with both business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reporting, and documentation for digitization and FinTech initiatives

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute project tasks, identify and resolve issues, and escalate critical risks as needed

• Gather business requirements, conduct assessments, and finalize technical specifications

• Provide post-launch support and handle daily user inquiries

• Assist with compliance, risk management, and IT administrative tasks

• Create FinTech educational materials and share expertise with stakeholders

Requirements:

• University degree in business, finance, IT, or a related field

• 6+ years of proven project management experience, including 2+ years leading FinTech projects in banking

• Comprehensive knowledge of FinTech technologies (cloud, AI, automation), digital transformation, and banking regulations

• Strong project management, risk management, and IT compliance skills

• ECF-FinTech and PMP certifications preferred

• Self-motivated, independent worker who can collaborate with high-performing teams
