Responsibilities:
Analyzing and identifying areas for improvement in end-to-end sales, onboarding, and service processes across multiple platforms
Leading and facilitating discussions to ensure requirements effectively meet business needs
Documenting functional requirements and user stories for system operation and implementation
Defining, enhancing, and maintaining top-tier business analysis practices
Managing and approving all change requests in line with project governance standards
Ensuring high-quality standards throughout the process
Providing comprehensive support to multiple platforms for all digital assets
Proactively offering valuable insights and recommendations to identify areas for improvement
Conducting end-user training
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, IT, external vendors, and partners to implement necessary system enhancements to accommodate ongoing business needs

Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Insurance industry, with a background as a platform owner or in a similar role
Holder of agile methodology certification is preferred
Extensive knowledge of sales and onboarding processes, as well as operations. Understanding of Bancassurance business would be a great plus.
Proven capability to digitize end-to-end sales and service processes
Robust business analysis skills
Strong understanding of various software development methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall
Knowledge of business processes and change management practices.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and proactive decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills in English and Cantonese.
University Graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related subject.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, written and spoken.
