Our client, a leading insurance group, is seeking a Project Manager with digital technical experience for their IT Project Management team. You will play a critical role in managing large-scale digital projects, leveraging your expertise in technologies like web/ mobile app/ integration/ data and agile project management to deliver transformative solutions.

Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital customer platform projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while effectively communicating progress to stakeholders.
Oversee the development and implementation of digital features that enhance customer experience and engagement.
Facilitate Agile project management practices, ensuring a responsive and adaptive project environment.
Analyse project performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimisation of the platform.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, securing buy-in and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, IT, or other related disciplines.
At least 5 years of working experience in consulting or project management.
Strong project management skills with a track record of managing and delivering large scale change projects
Experience in Agile
Strong interpersonal skills with various senior stakeholders
Industry knowledge in Insurance or Banking is a big plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) communications is essential
