We are seeking a Digital Products Leader to drive end-to-end digital solutions that transform the customer, agency, and operational experiences. You will partner with C-suite executives, business stakeholders, and technology leaders to define strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact digital products. Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the digital product strategy across customer channels, agency platforms, and internal operations.
Collaborate with C-suite, business heads, and IT counterparts to align product roadmaps with corporate objectives.
Lead, mentor, and empower a cross-functional team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UX/UI designers.
Oversee product lifecycle from discovery through launch, ensuring solutions meet market needs, compliance standards, and user expectations.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Facilitate agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder demos.
Champion user-centric design by integrating customer and agent feedback into iterative prototypes and releases.
Liaise with risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure digital products adhere to regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and the digital product team.
Run regular steering committees and status updates, translating technical progress into business impact.
Coordinate dependencies with IT architecture, infrastructure, and security groups.
Build strong relationships with distribution partners (agents/brokers) to optimize agency portals and tools.

Leadership & Team Development
Hire, develop, and retain top talent in product management, business analysis, and UX/UI.
Promote best practices in product discovery, user research, and design thinking.
Conduct performance reviews, set clear objectives, and deliver growth plans for direct reports.
Encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
12+ years of digital product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of insurance products, distribution models, and back-office operations.
Proven track record of launching digital platforms in customer, agent, or internal channels.
Expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product discovery techniques.

Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience briefing C-level audiences.
Strong analytical abilities: data interpretation, A/B testing, and ROI modeling.
User-centric focus: empathy for customers, agents, and internal users.
Technical fluency: familiarity with digital ecosystems, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture.
Change agent: adept at driving organizational buy-in for new processes and technologies.

Preferred Experience
Insurance industry background (Life & Health) with knowledge of policy administration systems.
Hands-on experience with design thinking workshops, user-journey mapping, and usability testing.
Exposure to emerging technologies: AI-powered underwriting, chatbot implementations, or mobile agent apps.
Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Marketing, or similar.
