Digital Product Owner - Leading Insurance Group

The Digital and Technology Lead will spearhead digital and technology strategies for our client, a life insurance company, driving innovation and enhancing the overall customer and user experience. This role requires working closely with business stakeholders to align digital initiatives with company goals while managing the delivery of technology solutions using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of digital and technology strategies to support the company’s business objectives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement digital initiatives that maximize customer and user experiences.

• Manage the technology delivery process, including overseeing Scrum teams and ensuring efficient project execution.

• Optimize project budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the company.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital product management and digital transformation, preferably within the insurance industry.

• Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of technology delivery processes and Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in Mandarin, Chinese, and English is highly desirable.
