Digital Product Adoption Specialist, Prominent Life Insurance Group

Our client is a prominent insurance firm that is currently in the process of launching a new app for its financial planners. They are looking for a Digital Product Adoption Specialist. The role involves promoting the adoption of the new app among financial planners, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and addressing any issues during the pilot and public launch phases. It requires collaboration with the Change Management team, providing support through various channels, and managing logistics and feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring exceptional service delivery to enhance satisfaction levels of financial planners, using various initiatives and channels to promote the adoption of the new app and address any issues during the pilot and public launch phases

• Receiving comprehensive training to gain an in-depth understanding of the new app

• Collaborating closely with the app Change Management team to guarantee timely, efficient, and effective service and project delivery of pilot engagement activities

• Assisting in internal briefings and training for pilot users, including logistics coordination with districts

• Providing both onsite support through Agency Booths and online assistance via various platforms, including Whatsapp and email

• Managing Agency Booth setup and logistics, such as rosters, in selected pilot district offices

• Ensuring all feedback, queries, and issues raised by pilot users are logged and followed-up

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder in marketing, communications, information systems, or related fields

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with some experience in face-to-face presentations

• Excellent skills in event and marketing planning and organization, with proven experience

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Proactive, with robust interpersonal skills

• Positive and enthusiastic demeanor

• Proven ability to build, maintain, and navigate relationships within the organization using both formal and informal networking skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight delivery timelines.
