The Role & Landscape: As the Delivery Lead, you will take the helm of critical digital transformation programs. You will navigate a highly complex enterprise landscape, ensuring that technical and business milestones are achieved flawlessly.

• End-to-End Execution: Drive the delivery of multi-stream digital, business, and technology programs from inception to deployment.

• Rigorous Governance: Implement and enforce strict project controls, ensuring all deliveries align with enterprise governance frameworks and compliance standards.

• Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify project bottlenecks, manage cross-functional dependencies, and mitigate technical and operational risks before they impact timelines.

• Executive SteerCo Management: Serve as the primary conduit between the project teams and the executive steering committee, providing high-level program reporting, actionable insights, and executive summaries.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 4 to 8 years of proven experience in IT project management, program delivery, or PMO leadership, ideally within the financial services or IT consulting sectors.

• Delivery Mastery: A strong track record of leading digital/tech transformation projects under structured governance frameworks.

• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional executive presence with the ability to manage, influence, and report to senior-level SteerCos.

• Language Skills: Complete professional fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is an absolute must to navigate the local and regional stakeholder matrix.

• Methodology: Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, and dependency tracking (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly advantageous).
