Our client, a leading Life Insurance Group in Hong Kong, is seeking a Business Analyst to support the digital delivery team. This role involves designing and implementing business requirements, resource planning, process reengineering, UAT testing, and user training, with an aim to achieve high levels of productivity, operational efficiency, quality, and business satisfaction. Additionally, the role will involve contributing to GenAI projects to enhance business processes and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes to identify requirements related to data and operations, and recommend solutions to ensure project success.
Plan and lead meetings and workshops with IT and business units to outline business visions and gather functional requirements.
Assess the current situation to identify user needs, foster stakeholder engagement, maximize value through prioritized artifacts, facilitate clear communication, guide development teams, and support iterative improvements based on feedback and changing requirements.
Define data requirements and specifications for extraction and integration within the Adobe platform.
Work with technical and development teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Collaborate with end users to ensure that developed systems meet their needs.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Contribute to GenAI projects by integrating AI solutions to improve business processes and customer interactions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
4+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry, financial services, or consulting services.
Experience with GenAI projects or AI integration is essential.
Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) is essential.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous improvement.
Knowledge of insurance would be an advantage.
