Our client, a leading large enterprise, is looking for a Digital and ERP Technology Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing the long-term technology vision and strategy for the organization, with a specific focus on digital transformation and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to align business objectives with technology initiatives and ensure effective implementation of systems and processes to enhance efficiency and drive growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and drive the digital transformation strategy, in collaboration with key stakeholders, to optimize business processes, improve customer experience, and create a competitive advantage.
Identify and evaluate emerging digital technologies, tools, and trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Lead the implementation of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, while managing risks and adhering to industry best practices.
Develop and maintain an ERP systems roadmap that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
Oversee the implementation, customization, and integration of ERP systems to optimize business processes and drive operational excellence.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements, ensuring the ERP solutions meet the needs of different departments and stakeholders.
Partner with external vendors and internal teams to manage ERP system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance, while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
Define and maintain the technology architecture and standards, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability across the technology landscape.
Establish and enforce IT governance processes to align technology investments with business priorities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by conducting regular technology assessments, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing effective solutions.
Build and lead a high-performing team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, or ERP systems management roles.
Proven track record of successfully implementing digital initiatives and driving digital transformation within a large organization.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and experience leading ERP implementation projects.
In-depth knowledge of emerging digital technologies, such as cloud computing, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and IoT.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
