We are seeking a seasoned Data Center Senior Manager with 10–15 years of experience managing mission-critical facilities to lead and oversee our client's state-of-the-art data center operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of facilities, covering everything from power, space allocation, rack management, and network cabling to collaborating with third-party providers such as utilities and network vendors. A CDCDP (Certified Data Center Design Professional) certification is required.

Key Responsibilities
Facilities Design & Implementation: Lead the strategic design, planning, and implementation of data center facilities ensuring high availability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
Infrastructure Oversight:Â Manage critical elements, including power distribution, cooling systems, space planning, rack configurations, and network cabling to support mission-critical operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Â Facilitate coordination with various external parties, including utility providers, network service vendors, and contractors, to ensure seamless operations and the timely resolution of issues.
Compliance & Certification: Ensure that all facility operations meet regulatory and industry standards and maintain required certifications such as CDCDP.
Budget & Resource Management:Â Develop and manage annual budgets, optimize operational expenditures, and ensure effective resource allocation for both routine operations and capital projects.
Operational Excellence:Â Implement and refine preventive maintenance programs, disaster recovery protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize uptime and resiliency.
Team Leadership:Â Oversee and mentor a multidisciplinary team of operations, maintenance, and technical professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that values safety, reliability, and excellence.
Risk Management:Â Identify potential risks related to facility operations and implement robust mitigation strategies to ensure the stability and security of the data center.

Qualifications
Experience: 10–15 years of hands-on experience in managing mission-critical facilities within a financial or similarly regulated environment.
Certification:Â Mandatory CDCDP certification or equivalent.
Technical Expertise:Â Proven knowledge in the design and implementation of modern data center infrastructure, including critical systems such as power, cooling, rack management, and network cabling.
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationships and negotiations with external service providers, utilities, and network vendors.
Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams. Superior communication, project management, and analytical skills are essential.
