The Role & Landscape:

You will act as the vital linchpin between business stakeholders and technical data engineering teams. You will not just take notes; you will critically analyze business demands and translate them into robust, technical data requirements.

• Requirements Engineering: Gather, analyze, and document complex business data requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications.

• Data Pipeline Collaboration: Partner directly with data engineering teams to advise on data models, pipeline architecture, and intricate source mapping.

• BI & Insight Development: Drive the design and support of advanced dashboard reporting using Power BI and Tableau to deliver actionable insights.

• Quality Assurance: Define stringent acceptance criteria and rigorously validate data outputs to ensure absolute accuracy before business deployment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven BA Expertise: Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within data-heavy, BI, or analytics projects.

• Technical Acumen: Strong, hands-on SQL experience is absolutely mandatory. You must be comfortable querying databases and understanding data structures.

• BI Mastery: Deep familiarity with leading Business Intelligence tools, specifically Power BI and/or Tableau.

• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical capabilities with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.

• Communication: Elite stakeholder management skills with the ability to "speak the language" of both business leaders and technical engineers.
