Our client a leading life insurance group, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their business strategy team. The role will be responsible for delivering behavioral analytics deliverables to business units, and the person will play a vital role in driving the adoption of Data Analytics within business units.

Responsibilities:
Utilize data mining, analysis, and visualization techniques to generate insightful reports for business users
Play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Data Analytics within agency business units, providing valuable insights and guidance on the strategic implementation of data-driven practices.
Utilize data analytics capabilities to drive the future business and technology vision, including areas like AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, etc.
Document and present analytical solutions to ensure proper documentation and understanding

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or any related discipline
Hands-on experience with data analysis platforms or programming languages
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to other analytics tools.
Hands-on experience in data visualisation tools such as Power BI
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
Fast learner with strong analytical skills and a passion for data
Prior experience in the insurance business is a big plus
