We are seeking a dedicated Cybersecurity Manager to join a cornerstone organization within Hong Kong’s financial infrastructure. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the organization’s cybersecurity posture and develop proactive mitigation plans to address emerging threats or internal vulnerabilities.

• Establish frameworks for threat intelligence collection and analysis to enhance the enterprise’s ability to detect and respond to risks.

• Lead cyber resilience assessments and contribute to risk metric reporting to ensure continuous compliance with industry benchmarks.

• Coordinate the enterprise resilience strategy and provide expert advisory on security architecture for various digital transformation projects.

• Manage the Security Operations Center (SOC) and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop and justify the annual cybersecurity budget.

• Act as the primary point of contact for regulators and auditors regarding resilience assessments and intelligence-led security simulations.

Requirements:

• University degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or IT audit, ideally within a major financial institution.

• Extensive knowledge of security best practices, Fintech developments, and data privacy regulations affecting the financial industry.

• Practical experience with international standards such as ISO27001 and CSA STAR, alongside regional financial regulatory guidelines.

• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or CCSP are highly preferred.

• Excellent analytical skills with a strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
