Our client is a well-established bank in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Technical Security Manager to join their defense team, focusing on Threat Intelligence and Identity Security implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
Incident Handling:Â Act as a key responder for cyber incidents; investigate alerts, analyze root causes, and coordinate containment efforts.
Threat Analysis:Â Monitor threat feeds and security dashboards to detect anomalies; recommend and implement technical mitigations.
PAM Administration:Â Manage the Privilege Account Management (PAM) platforms (e.g., CyberArk); ensure proper onboarding of accounts and system maintenance.
Technical Implementation:Â Work with infrastructure teams to deploy and configure security controls (Firewalls, EDR, Cloud Security).
Operations Support:Â Provide technical guidance to junior analysts and ensure day-to-day security operations run smoothly.

Requirements:
8-10+ years of technical experience in Cyber Security.
Hands-on background in SOC/Incident Response OR PAM/Identity Management.
Technical proficiency with security tools (SIEM, CyberArk, EDR solutions).
Ability to work independently and coordinate with various technical teams.
A holder of CISSP, CISA, or GCIH/OSCP is preferred.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
