Our client, a leading life insurance group, is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to join their customer strategy team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing data analytics and identifying growth opportunities to support key business initiatives. This includes improving retention, increasing acquisition, enhancing cross-selling and up-selling efficiency, boosting business performance, and providing a better customer experience through enhanced digital engagement.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute data analytics strategies to drive retention and acquisition efforts, enhancing customer lifetime value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business needs and facilitate informed decision-making.
Serve as a liaison between the analytics team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and understanding of data initiatives.
Analyze customer data to uncover insights that inform cross-selling and up-selling strategies, improving overall sales efficiency.
Utilize advanced analytics techniques to boost the effectiveness of analytics and modeling, leveraging unstructured data like digital footprints.
Lead the development of predictive models and customer segmentation to enhance targeted marketing efforts.
Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for future initiatives. Lead efforts to enhance campaign management and automation.
Develop comprehensive dashboards and frameworks for campaign insights and customer behavior analysis to aid future planning.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
Proven track record in developing and implementing analytics strategies that drive business outcomes.
Skilled in building strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding business needs and analyzing challenges to provide effective solutions.
Expertise in Python and SQL for effective data extraction, manipulation, and comprehensive analysis.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical software, including Tableau, Power BI, R, and Python.
Exceptional skills in data mining, analysis, and visualization to derive actionable business insights.
Experience in machine learning or predictive modeling is highly desirable.
Experience in customer analytics and sales performance analysis is beneficial.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
Quick learner with robust analytical capabilities and a passion for working with data.
