Crypto Custody Development Lead - Leading Digital Asset Firm

Our client, a leading Digital Asset Firm, is seeking a talented Custody development lead to join their innovative technology team. As a developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Custody solutions using Java, Solidity, and other blockchain technologies. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that revolutionize the financial technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure Crypto Custody solutions using Java and Solidity.

• Lead the build, maintenance, and optimization of Bitcoin and Ethereum node services

• Ensure the stable and reliable operation of these critical infrastructure components

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.

• Implement smart contracts and develop protocols to ensure secure and efficient blockchain transactions.

• Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure the quality and stability of blockchain systems.

• Optimize and enhance existing blockchain solutions to improve performance and scalability.

• Research and stay up-to-date with blockchain technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong hands-on experience in Solidity and preferably Java.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining Bitcoin wallet services or similar blockchain technologies.

• Experience with blockchain technologies, cryptographic algorithms, and distributed ledger systems.

• A solid understanding of decentralized systems, consensus protocols, and smart contract development.

• Proficient in using blockchain frameworks such as Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger, or Corda.

• Proficiency in version control systems, unit testing, and continuous integration tools.

• Collaborate with other blockchain engineers to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and implement relevant innovations.

• Participate in an on-call rotation to promptly address emergency incidents impacting the systems under your responsibility.

• Strong communication in Chinese and English, and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
