CRM and Lead Management Business Analyst - Leading Insurance Company

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the dynamic team at a leading life insurance company in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in CRM, and lead management, along with data analysis, enhancing our business processes and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to CRM and lead management and performance reports

• Conduct requirement analysis, document specifications, and communicate them effectively to the IT development team.

• Collaborate with application teams to design IT solutions that align with user needs.

• Create detailed user stories to guide development.

• Manage internal stakeholders to drive System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Perform data analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Support the maintenance and enhancement of CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry or financial services.

• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and lead management processes.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
