We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the dynamic team at a leading life insurance company in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in CRM, and lead management, along with data analysis, enhancing our business processes and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to CRM and lead management and performance reports
Conduct requirement analysis, document specifications, and communicate them effectively to the IT development team.
Collaborate with application teams to design IT solutions that align with user needs.
Create detailed user stories to guide development.
Manage internal stakeholders to drive System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Perform data analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support the maintenance and enhancement of CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry or financial services.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and lead management processes.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
