You will own the roadmap for migrating ~100 core applications and hundreds of servers to the cloud. This is a high-visibility engagement where you will report directly to the ISM Director and present regular strategic updates to the local and Group EXCO.

Key Challenges & Responsibilities
Lead the Migration:Â Take full ownership of a multi-year Cloud Migration Program, driving end-to-end delivery from scope to successful cutover for a massive application portfolio.
Strategic Vendor Governance: This is a heavy vendor-management role. You will not just "monitor" vendors; you will drive sourcing strategies, lead RFP processes, and negotiate Statements of Work (SoW) to ensure strict adherence to budget and scope.
Executive Stakeholder Management:Â Act as the bridge between technical teams and the C-Suite. You will prepare and defend business cases for EXCO approval and ensure Finance, Legal, and Compliance are aligned.
Operational Excellence:Â Manage offshore delivery teams and govern project managers to ensure "no-surprise" delivery. You will be the firewall that anticipates risks and mitigates them before they impact the timeline.

The Ideal Candidate
Experience: 10–15 years of proven experience in Consulting or Project Management, preferably within Financial Services / Insurance.
The "Must-Have":Â You must have successfully delivered a large-scale cloud migration program previously. You understand the complexities of moving legacy apps to the cloud in a regulated environment.
Commercial Acumen:Â You are comfortable drafting SoWs and managing project financials. You know how to prevent scope creep in outsourced vendor models.
Soft Skills:Â You have the "Executive Presence" required to manage upwards. You are a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
Language:Â Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is a strong plus.
