Cloud Platform & Service Delivery Lead (Multi-Year Digital Transformation)

Our client, one of the largest and oldest Hong Kong firms with a long & and rich history in the Territory, has recently begun an ambitious digital transformation of their core IT systems.This is a multi-year program aimed at strengthening the firm's digital capabilities to further create new business for the future.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Cloud and Implementation subject matter experts to lead the requirement studies, platform design, and analysis.

• Work closely and liaise with Cloud and Implementation SMEs to develop the platform solution plan, including service delivery, monitoring, technical support, etc.

• Work with Infrastructure, Network Security, and Cybersecurity SMEs to ensure the security & and safety of the cloud platform, assets, and connectivity.

• Work with the team to lead and manage cloud platform release, rollout, and cutover and analyse & identify & and address any implications and impact on daily operations.

• Lead the ongoing development/implementation, testing, automation, deployment, training, system rollout & and delivery, documentation, handover, and maintenance & and support for the program.

  
  

Requirements:

• At least 8 to 10+ years' experience in ERP platform delivery and cloud (Oracle ERP) is strongly preferred.

• Proven and successful track record in Cloud Platform and Service Delivery within large and complex enterprises.

• Excellent experience and end-to-end management provisioning cloud platforms within an enterprise.

• Change management strategy for cloud platform, cloud solutions, and varying release schedules.

• Cloud environments including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS application release management; emphasis on IT Service Management is a big plus.

• Knowledge and experience of Agile project management and delivery are a big plus.

• University degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent) from a reputable University.

• Excellent communication and soft skills; proven ability to work with technical teams, SMEs, and senior stakeholders & and management.
