Cloud Operations Lead - Prominent Financial Institution

Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for a Cloud Operations Lead to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure the reliability of the cloud platform, meeting SLAs

• Supervise internal team and vendors

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and provide solutions

• Continuously review and improve the platform's performance and operations

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulations for the platform

• Assess and manage the cloud platform operational risks related to system changes, incidents, and issues

• Optimize cloud service usage and effectiveness through process implementation and standardization

• Budget and procurement handling

• Prepare reports on incidents, risks, implementation, SLA, and operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field

• At least 10 years in a managerial role covering team, vendor, resource, and budget management

• Strong experience in managing enterprise-grade private/public cloud platforms

• Skilled in troubleshooting complex infrastructure

• Knowledge of DevOps tools

• Good written and spoken English; proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
