Our client, a leading insurance firm, is looking for a Cloud Integration Manager to join our team and help us design and build new initiatives on the cloud digital platform. You will be responsible for leading and taking ownership of the products, and work with internal and external stakeholders, and tech and non-tech users for requirements, collaborations, and integrations to ensure that our products are user-friendly and reliable.

Responsibilities:
Oversee a team to create and sustain cloud-based applications, ensuring they meet performance objectives.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product managers and architects, to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
Offer technical leadership, perform code evaluations, and uphold coding best practices.
Participate in all phases of the software lifecycle, from design and testing to maintenance and documentation.
Develop and support scalable, dependable cloud infrastructure using services like AWS or Azure.
Investigate and propose cutting-edge technologies to fulfill project needs.
Adjust to evolving business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Experience and Requirements:
Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
More than 5 years of experience in software development, and familiar with React, Next.js, Node.js, Java, or Python.
Proven track record in managing and delivering software applications.
Deep understanding of API integration, microservices, and industry-standard software engineering practices.
Strong communication skills, and Fluent in English, Chinese.
Proficient in cloud-based development, particularly with AWS or Azure.
